• You are ordering from and thus entering into a contract with homeArama Ltd of Unit 2b Carterton South Industrial Estate Carterton OX18 3EU, Oxfordshire.

• You accept that email will form the standard means of communication and will thus be contractually binding as a letter would be.

• We use PayPal as our means of payment and you can pay either via them through your own PayPal account or directly with your own credit or debit card.

• You are solely responsible for ensuring that all details provided by you to us in the ordering process are correct. This includes the billing address, the delivery address, ordered items and quantities and all PayPal/credit/debit card information. In addition by forwarding your order to us you are confirming it is your PayPal account or credit/debit card being used and that you have sufficient funds to cover the transaction.

• Your statutory rights are not affected by any of these terms and conditions.

• Our target is to despatch all orders within 28 days of their acceptance. If for any reason we are unable to do this we will contact you by email to advise you. We will not send alternative items without your permission but we will send part shipments where necessary.

• Delivery and Packing charges, and VAT at the standard rate, are included within our prices for the UK mainland. For other destinations additional charges will be made which are clearly stated during the check out process Returns

• If an item is received damaged it is important you notify us by email within 5 working days of its receipt. If you do not do this then we will not be liable for its exchange.

• In the event of you wishing to return an item as it is unwanted then we ask you to ensure it is properly packed and then return it via a recordable service at your cost. On the basis the item is received in an unused and re-saleable condition we will refund the cost of the item only to you. Liabilities

• Whilst we endeavour to keep the website as accurate and up to date as possible we do not accept liability for any errors or omissions. We also reserve the right to amend any part of the site including product description, availability and price without notice.

• It is especially important to note that in the case of a pricing error, be it too high or too low, we will notify you of the correct price before we supply the item so that you may decide whether to continue or not.

• Whilst our site and software is virus protected we cannot guarantee it is totally free of infection by viruses, Trojans, worms or similar programmes with destructive properties. Please always ensure you are protected when using the Internet as it is your responsibility.

• We make no representations about the fitness for a particular purpose of any of our products on our website. Nor do we accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of the use of the website or any products bought from it. In terms of direct loss we will only be liable to a maximum of the total cost of the product concerned.

• This liability section only applies to the extent permitted by law.
