Packaging

We can’t control the packaging our products arrive in, but we can control what goes out to you and we take that seriously.

Wherever possible, we reuse and recycle everything.

Transit Boxes – Almost all our outer boxes are recycled and reused. They might not always look perfect, but they do their job protecting your order. We think that’s worth a little less-than-perfect packaging.

Mailing Bags – All our bags are made from at least 30% recycled material and can be recycled again.

Infill Packaging – Over 96% of our internal packaging is recycled and recyclable, mostly brown paper, or in many cases, off-cuts from old boxes.

Bubble Wrap – We only use it for very delicate items where there’s no alternative. Even then, it’s made from at least 30% recycled material and can be recycled.

Air Pockets – Not recycled yet, but fully recyclable.

Brown Paper Tape – Recyclable.

Labels – Recycled and recyclable.
