Sustainability really matters to all of us at homeArama.

We’re a small business, so we’re not perfect, but we’re doing our best. We’re working our way through every range we sell, looking at how we can make things as planet-friendly and sustainable as possible.

Like many people, we’ve got future generations in our families to think about, and that makes this feel very personal. We know “sustainable” can mean different things to different people, but for us one of the most important parts is how long a product actually lasts.

Our grandparents always believed that if you look after things, they should last — not be thrown away after a short time. That idea still guides us today. Because of that, we choose products that are made to last. They might cost a little more upfront, but they’re designed to give years of use — sometimes even a lifetime. In the long run, that’s usually better for your wallet, and at the same time, better for the planet.
