Delivery Info – UK Mainland
We are fully operational. Our couriers do not require a signature on delivery ensuring contact for all is minimised. If you are self-isolating you may have your goods left at your door or in a secure outdoor location. With DPD you can add additional delivery instructions via the email/SMS they send and we can add a manual note to your order if that would help. If you have any concerns at all please do contact us, we are here to help.
Please note our standard service is untracked and deliveries are currently running later than usual with both Parcelforce and the Post Office due to COVID restrictions and impacts. This situation is beyond our control and we are still despatching on time! Currently tracked deliveries are unaffected and running on time if you wish to upgrade.

All courier service delivery times shown below start from when the goods are actually despatched from our local Bampton Oxfordshire warehouse. Please note some goods will have additional lead-times clearly displayed below the BUY BUTTON.
By Standard Courier 48-72 hours from day of despatch (FREE UK Mainland only if over £20) – No Tracking
Standard UK mainland delivery is FREE for ALL orders over £20.00, below £20.00 we charge £3.95. We normally use a 2-3 working day non-tracked service requiring no signature. If you require a tracked, signed for or next day delivery service then extra charges will apply, please see below for details.
Tracked 48-72 Hour Service from day of despatch
If you require your order to be tracked then there is an additional charge of £4.95 on all order values. Delivery time will still be 2-3 working days.
Next Working Day Anytime Delivery
If you're in a hurry then you can choose to have your order sent via next working day delivery for £7.95. Orders received before 2pm for items in stock will be despatched the same day (orders received after 2pm on Friday and over the weekend will be despatched on Monday for Tuesday).
NOTE: NEXT WORKING DAY SERVICE only applies to goods shown to be in stock at time of order and to orders placed and confirmed before 2pm. We do not charge your card until the actual day of despatch from our warehouse and then only for products actually despatched, any products held on back order are not charged to your card. Working days are Mon-Fri only and exclude weekends and Bank Holidays. Orders for next day delivery must successfully be placed before 2pm, orders placed after 2pm will not be delivered on a next working day basis.
Next Working Day Timed Delivery
This service has currently been withdrawn by our carriers due to COVID restrictions and impact.
If you require delivery on a Saturday then the following charges will apply to ALL order values: Anytime between 9.00am and 5pm £14.95 Before 12.00pm - £19.95 To qualify for our Saturday delivery you must place and confirm your order by 2.00pm Friday. Sorry, it's not possible to offer a Saturday delivery to the following postcodes: AB36-38, AB45, AB51, AB55-56, BT, HS, IV, KA27, KA28, KW, PA2, PA3, PA4, PA6, PA7, PH, TR21, TR22, TR23, TR24, TR25, ZE. Please note that timed services are subject to stock availability. If you order an item that is not available for immediate despatch (please note lead time information on the product page below the add to basket button) we will contact you with an estimated delivery date when we process your order.
United Kingdom - Offshore Only
Standard delivery to UK Offshore addresses is £12.95. This includes the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and Scottish Islands. Sorry, we are unable to offer a next day, timed or Saturday delivery to these areas plus the Scottish Highlands.
PO Box Addresses
Sorry, we are unable to deliver to any PO Box Addresses.
Click & Collect Options
You may now collect from our Bampton shop in Oxfordshire Weekdays from 9.30am to 4.30pm.
You may also arrange with DPD for your order to be delivered to a chosen DPD Pickup location where it will be available from 12 noon (Mon-Sat) on the collection date. Transit time is usually 2-3 working days from the day your order is placed. You’ll receive an email or text message with your Pickup Pass and details of your chosen Pickup location, with its address and opening times. As soon as your order is ready to collect you’ll be notified by email / SMS, and all you need to do to collect your order is take your Pickup Pass and photo ID. Orders are kept for up to 7 days so you can collect at a time to suit you.
