Return & Refund Policy - Clear, Simple & Hassle Free!
The key points:
Don’t like it? Doesn’t meet expectation? Differs from image? Whatever the reason you have 30 days to decide whether or not to return it. (Please note in the case of the product(s) being received damaged or broken then we ask you to notify us within 3 working days of its receipt otherwise we are unable to accept your claim)
We will refund the cost of the product plus standard delivery cost (if applicable), but not the return cost.

At homeArama we want you to be totally happy with all your purchases from us but, of course, we fully understand that sometimes things just don’t work out, after all we too buy from websites! So if you would like to return your purchase for whatsoever reason then, quite simply, you can and we will refund the full purchase price and delivery charge subject to some simple conditions, though not the return/collection cost – please note this applies to UK mainland addresses only, if purchasing for offshore delivery please contact us first:
(1) You must notify us by email of your intent to return your purchase within 30 days from the receipt of purchase and return it within a further 14 working days.
(2) For information under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to:
(a) Cancel the order from the moment you place it until 14 days after you receive the goods.
(b) From the actual time you cancel you then have 14 days to return the goods.
(c) You should then receive your refund within 14 days of the goods being received back or from the date of an official proof of despatch, whichever is the sooner.
(3) The product must be returned in its original packaging with instructions etc, unused and all in re-saleable condition otherwise we will be unable to refund the cost, though we would still refund the standard delivery charge.
(4) In the case of a return for a refund, we will refund our original standard delivery charge (if applicable) only if you return your entire order. Please note we will not refund any additional charge incurred by having used an enhanced delivery option, such as a timed delivery service. In the case of a return for an exchange, we will again refund our standard delivery charge (if applicable) only if you return your entire order. Please note that the cost of returning goods to us for either a refund or exchange is your responsibility.

(6) Please note if the product has been delivered to you in error or is damaged or defective then homeArama will either fully refund the product, delivery and return cost or replace the product at its own cost paying the return cost of the original product and the delivery cost of the new product.
(7) All product guarantees will be duly honoured, please however contact the office prior to their return.
