It is important you follow the instructions supplied with the product to ensure your warranty is maintained. Most importantly you must ensure ALL wicks are trimmed to a height of 1mm or even less and that only the correct and approved oil is used. As we say full and clear instructions are supplied.

Safety & Use Guide...
- Keep the fire pit away from anything flammable and out of children's reach.
- Never leave it burning unattended and let it cool completely before touching.
- Always use the correct lamp oil, never ethanol or alcohol-based fuels. We recommend Clearcraft smokeless, odourless clear lamp oil.
- Trim all wicks to no more than 1 mm above the metal holder before lighting. Longer wicks can cause excess heat, smoke, or glass damage.
- Do not overfill, maximum capacity is 600 ml. Overfilling can cause leaks.
- Light only on a flat, stable surface and never move while lit.
- Safe to use indoors or outdoors on glass, wood, or stone. If outdoors, store inside or under cover to protect from rain and moisture.
- The heat is similar to 5–6 candles in a row, warm enough to heat hands but hot enough to burn skin. Most heat comes from the top, not the base.
- For extra protection on delicate surfaces, place a trivet under the fire bowl.
- Never let children handle wicks, oil, or the lit lamp.
- Follow the supplied instructions to keep your warranty valid.
