Prepare your chicken by seasoning it and placing it on the holder, then into the kettle barbecue (or oven) it goes. As the chicken browns evenly on the outside, it is gently steamed and infused inside by the evaporating liquid. The roaster will ensure even roasting of a whole chicken ensuring it is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. In addition it has a 300ml aroma top for marinades, wine or beer. The roaster also doubles as a vegetable wok when the marinade container is removed.
Fill the aroma top with red or white wine, juice, stock, or beer to suit your taste preferences. After seasoning the chicken and placing it on the holder, it goes into the kettle barbecue (or oven). As it cooks, the chicken absorbs the flavors and becomes evenly browned on the outside while remaining juicy and tender inside, thanks to the evaporating liquid. It takes about 60 minutes until your roast chicken is perfectly done - crisp and crusty outside with a delicious aroma and infinitely juicy and tender inside. For a side dish, simply toss your favorite vegetables into the wok.
